Just posted that in the Mohawk thread. Great drive on Fallout. It's been a rough year for him.. I'm happy for him.

Not sure how great it was. If horse on rail didn’t back thru field at 3/4 he would have been parked first over and maybe got nothing.  He was able to get to rail at 5/8 and stay tucked until turning for home. Horse raced great and racing luck doesn’t hurt. Not a great drive unless he had a crystal ball and knew hole would open at 5/8.

You guys are fucking retarded.  Just because he’s not #1anymore means he’s not a top 10 driver?  Name 10 guys you’d rather have on your horse.  Dex is by far the best…after that it’s up for debate.  Hundreds of drivers would kill for a stat line like this just once.  And this is an off year?  By his standards maybe, but not in the grand scheme of racing.

It is a great stat line but lots of those wins are with low level horses. By off year I meant he hadn't really won a big one yet.I never said he wasn't a top 10 driver  He is absolutely still a top 5 driver.Dunn, the Mccarthy's,  Miller and Timmy.

lets see about top 10 here we go
1)dexter dunn 2)todd mccarthy 3)scotty zeron 4)david miller 5)andrew mccarthy 6)james mcdonald after that comes a group that includes tim tetrick and a bunch of guys who i would listen to arguments for wrenn, mcnair, bartlett, roy, kakely, buter, stratton etc. is timmy better then those probably but i wouldnt argue to hard if someone wanted to put them ahead of timmy.he is no better then 7th

Got to disagree.. Nobody on the Wrenn, Bartlett, Roy,  list is close to being better. I like Macdonald and he dominates Mohawk and is an up and comer but he is not on Timmy's level yet. Maybe in a year or two. I would also take him over Yannick for sure. Two completely different driving styles. The only one you mentioned that could take him out of the top 5 is Scotty Z.. but I would chose Tim over him as well.

jt i think you are hanging on to the past timmy and not the current timmy.there is no way timmy is better then scotty zeron. and right now yannick and macdonald are better. that puts timmy no better then 8th. again i said tim was better then those others but i wouldnt argue to much if you said differently. maybe off year, maybe  not so great horses, maybe a decline in skill, maybe his hips are getting worse but he doesnt seem to have his horses in the right position as often as he used to.
