Mr. Frank, you are lying through your teeth if you say that you didn't bring beer into the track.  I saw it many times over the years.  By the way, I was at Arlington Park when Dr. Fager set the world record in 1968, and attended daily almost every day after that.  So, you can go back to your little dream world, and head back to White Trash Carpentersville and live the rest of your sorry ass life.

Dr. Fager mile record at Arlington -
August 24, 1968.  Yes I was there on my 15th birthday.  Not inside the facility, but watching from the turn for home at the rail, right by your favorite store, (Red Rooster).  I grew up four blocks from A.P., and went there that day on our bicycles to watch the race.  Those are the facts!  Also, attended the 1963 Bears championship win against the Giants at Wrigley Field.  Yes that day in December of 1963 when I was 10 years old with my father.  It was 10 degrees that day, never forget it.

Nonsence?  That is what you continually spout, even if you don't know how to spell or put a coherent phrase together.  Have another Marlboro and go back to that white slum you call home - Carpentersville, Illinois.

Why would I want to put my name out there in front of a 78 year old degenerate gambler like yourself?
What do you do now that Trackside, Arlington and Red Rooster are all gone?  Play with yourself?

Let me just start with some old friends of mine.  Trainers Joe Bolero, Lou Goldfine, Bert Sonnier, J.R. Smith, Harvey Vanier, Richard Hazleton, etc.  Trackside bartenders Jackie and her sister.  Outrider Vince.  Former local trainer, now on the east coast, Mike Dini.  Frank Calabrese and his gay lovers.  I could go on, but what is the point?

WHOOP DE DO. Anyone can name trainers. Ya sure: you personal friends with them all.
I asked you to name regulars. Those that went every day and bet. And I see know where you hung at TRACKSIDE. Downstaires.
I never sat down there. Upstaires bar was me and others choice. And we RULED that AREA. Nice to know you say you knew JACKIE. Never met or knew her. But that's because I hung upstaires with all regulars. And every bartender knew us all, wheather it be at TRACKSIDE or ARLINGTON PARK when racin.
I'll ask you again,2453: NAME some REGULARS.

Of course all the bartenders knew you, when you are a drunken neer-do-well with no other life, why wouldn't they?  Regulars at Trackside?  Larry Peiffer, Al Moorhouse,  MIke Benson, Scott Hipple, Mike Abinatti, mutuel clerk Scott at the window second floor northeast side, I could go on, but what's the point to address a schmo like you?

Why in the world would I give a f-in mutuel clerk my name?  They are just up there cashing and taking bets, not to be personal friends!  I'll let you stew on this mystery you have brewing in your empty little head and leave it at that.
