None of which was brought to light until after the fact. Over a year ago this was all known by the SBOANJ. All at the same time their President was calling the race secretary a C**T to her face for writing NJ owned preferred races. You have no clue doctor.

I am not saying the SBOANJ did a good job or a bad job. But they are OUR representation. I am saying they turned a deaf ear and a blind eye and were limited in what they could do. After the face, it's easy to blame. How many committees did you volunteer and serve on?

All I am saying now is that it is the SBOANJ that represents the horsemen. I am a member. All members should hold them accountable. The money earmarked for Freehold should still be directed to the horsemen at Freehold. It sounds to me like all you do is blame a lot and point fingers a lot. To each their own. People can rant and rave all they want, point fingers, and lay blame. They can also say this one knows squat, that one knows less, and so on. However, I don't see how that is adding anything or having contributed to a solution. Blame is not about a solution. It's historical and a hollow victory. There's $1.6m at stake. Again, who was the one investigating this over a year ago? Who showed up on February 2nd when asked by horsemen at Freehold? Who made contact with the SBOANJ when nobody else would and there were no answers? Who got confirmation of why Karan Fagliarone bowed to Mark Ford? Yeah, the guy with mental issues. Ya know, me? Look right here, you said so yourself. While you ran your fucking mouth on Horseplop, I was trying to help people and horses. What have YOU done to help doc? Investigating? Interesting that you use that word. I won't debate or engage with you on this, and I mean no offense, but the reason I won't is just that, your use of the word investigating? Your belief. You really have a very odd view and perspective on your role. Here's my interpretation----investigating for who? Under whose authority? With whose authorization? Once again, no offense, but I truly feel your view of who you are and your role in these various matters is very distorted. Listen, you want to support qualified organizations, people who were elected to govern, etc.----go right ahead. You don't agree with them, no problem. However, your methodology and approach results in nothing more than being a critic and heckler. I admire your passion regarding the proper treatment of horses. I don't agree with your approach. But that's OK and that's what makes the world go around, difference of opinion.

However, you not a party to this or any of the situations you referred to or seem to insert yourself in. You had no role in the Meadowlands/Amatuer Driving Club situation. You were a friend of a friend, an outsider, who stood up and vomited rumors and innuendos. That's great here on a website. But when the Meadowlands had meetings, and members of the club had conference calls, you weren't invited. Because other than self-proclaimed, you had no role and offered nothing. You claim you were asked my the horsemen at Freehold. Again, no offense, but I think you are playing a game of semantics here. The SBOANJ represents ALL horsemen in NJ, whether you, they, or the horsemen like it or not. Making contact with the SBOANJ (when you claim nobody else would) is great. I know 25 members who made contact with the SBOANJ. They didn't call you. They called Mark Ford, Bob Boni, Mike Klau, Mike Gulotta, and others. Are you really placing yourself in the same role and stature as those people? If so, just say so, please, and I will never read any of your posts again, and certainly not reply to you. Let the SBOANJ do their job. If you don't like the job they are doing, run for the board. But not liking the job they are doing----that doesn't authorize you to become a voice for anyone, other than yourself if you are a member, nor does it give you authority to represent anyone. Horsemen ask you? Come, please, don't allow the grandiosity of some conversations or comments to turn into you actually having a role in this. Your all-encompassing "look at me" attitude is great for you. It's wonderful for you. I hope it works for you, LOL. That doesn't mean everyone else believes it or thinks it's advantageous or beneficial. You can question my role and my contributions to the sport and industry; and you can say it's zero. I take that with a boulder of salt, because it's coming from you. I look at your role, your stature, you reputation----because you choose to make that a focal point. I don't. I do what I do, not for attention and accolades. Since you do, again, I wish you all the best with that.

If you go to Downtown Freehold it is a vibrant bustling area. Also nearby are many retirement housing communities with seniors, including horseplayers.

Absolutely. Problem is none of the new blood want to leave the house. "Going out" the way we used to is over. Add in going out to a place where you have to wait 25 minutes between being entertained now. It's obsolete.

Oh noooo. Guess I should have spent another 5k to win in court. The truth came out and prosecutor dropped all the original charges to nothing. A ticket. Meanwhile I'm here. The horse I trained down here lowered his lifetime mark by two seconds with my niece and her bf. They made a few bucks with him and he'll come home next week. I knew that horse deserved an actual shot to be a racehorse and it didn't cost Gina a penny. Through all of it you people have accomplished NOTHING and I just keep rolling along.
