I'm sure Bobby Glassmeyer is on the list because he always is.

Will anyone throw Morgan under the bus?  I’ll still be surprised if anything comes of this.

I follow the Delaware circuit closely, and in my opinion, Tony Morgan tries all the time as does his main guy Tim Crissman. Whether Crissman is juicing his horses is another thing, but I don't recall seeing any positive tests for him, which means he's either clean or hasn't been caught yet.

None of the SEVEN have had any positives listed on FINES AND SUSPENSIONS involving these positives because the positives happened in MARCH and APRIL but hearings weren't until AUGUST, SEPTEMBER AND OCTOBER

I don't follow the DE circuit on an intimate, daily basis, but I do watch, listen, have friends there, and I know a lot of horsemen in DE. Personally, I think-----regulatory-wise, leniency, turning a blind eye and a deaf ear, testing, etc.-----while PA is the worst, I don't think DE is as "bad" per se, but I certainly don't think they are so great either. I do think that DE and their current standing leave much to be desired. Let's see what happens with these "hearings" and where this goes.

I've been following the Delaware circuit before you were born and have forgotten more about it than you'll ever know about so KMA. For some reason alot of you think everyone cheats and is dishonest and the judges are crooks. If that's the case, then why do you bother following it or even betting on it?

I am not naive or childish or any other name you want to call me. I too am a realist and know there's some trainers getting away with illegal stuff. As far as the drivers on the that circuit, most of them give you an effort which is more than I can say about some circuits. Sometimes drivers are blamed for their drives when the trainer actually gave them a dead horse that week.
