Agree, but intentionally posting old pictures should be illegal. It’s the equivalent of Luc were to roll back the odometers!
Erv Miller has two on On Gait. I want to recommend extreme caution when dealing with Erv. He posted year old pictures on a horse I purchased. If he had posted current pictures the horse wouldn't have received a bid....Very hard for an honest person to come out on top when dealing with a dishonest man!
Tell me about the year old pictures!
Did not change shoes or rigging. Fact of the matter is that the horse was sold with year old pictures. If he had taken recent pictures of his right knee the horse would have gone for meat price. When I called after receiving the horse he didn't answer the calls. Blamed the massive injury on a bad tape job by a groom. Everyone who knows me knows I tell it like it is. This horse has been off since the first of February and won't see the track again before the new year.i buy a lot of horses and know enough to ask the questions. Erv made up the answers.
Pictures aside, is what luc is saying true? You will lose credibility if so.
i have purchased several pretty good horses from this site and a few not so good horses. Erv is the only seller that committed fraud. he posted pictures that he had used in a sale 11 months earlier showing a clean right knee. This was pure fraud. I am not crying. i am educating potential buyers that they should avoid accepting Ervs word. I suggest that if you are going to buy off Erv, sit behind the horse, Have him vetted and insure that the pictures are current and the correct horse A public service announcement. You can defend him if you want. Candidly, your defense makes me question your character as well.
