And that folks is also another reason I got out from TheStable.CA. besides paying “miscellaneous fees” some never told what those “miscellaneous fees” were. When I got in in 2016, none of that was happening. Anthony was very apologetic if he drove a bad drive on his videos. After a while training fees went up, I rarely seen any money gained, seemed like every dime was put back on training. Even Lawmaker, who was making money, I rarely seen a dime (positive) on the bill from monies made. Got to the point he would throw his hands up in the air and say “that is horse racing” when he threw a bad drive in. Don’t get me started on what he paid his employees at $350 Canadian each week. One groom told me what they made when I was there on an open house. Basically confiding in me that their caretakers weren’t making much. That $350 Canadian was in 2016. I have no clue now at 2024 what the grooms make now. All I know is when that groom told me that I was shocked. We never did get to how much a paddock they made. The groom discussed this to me when I handed her a tip for taking care of one of the horses I owned.
I made $350 cdn rubbing 4 back in 1995.
At least some sane people are questioning his drives. For him it's all about being there, part of the show. Needs to have multiple homes, fly to race his top horses, private the only way to go. Hey everybody is happy, we get cash they get emails, pictures, open houses and videos, and a BILL for his driving services. They could have had one of the top drivers and it wouldn't cost them a cent. But they got AM to the SHOW. How many shares does he own?
If he takes back he's 7th at the half, and they come home in 54track was speed biased almost every raceCoach Stefanos was the ONLY horse to come from off the pace in the stakes racesThe only chance he had was to leave, it's called racing haters just like to hateThe mistake he made was getting in the bike. His owners deserved better.I'll criticize him if he deserves it, he done nothing wrong here, just the opposite
I think that AMAC had only one chance to get a good check and that was to leave. It took balls but he really had no choice. Go to the back and become a spectator or shoot out of there and hope that the person who had the lead would give and go. I like Anthony's drive more every time i see him drive. he takes a lot of chances but gets the most out of his horses.
