Freehold North...the Big M
« on: November 15, 2024, 05:00:56 PM »
Check out race 7 at the Big M tonight. Made up of bottom dwellers from Freehold. Horses and drivers. Even Gagoots jr. is in the race. Better than the Amish truck I guess but clearly the worst field in Big M history.

What’s the problem?
The race went in 54 they bet over 200k and the field was competitive.
Obviously the betters have zero issues with the type of horses in the race nor do they have an issue with the amateur events either (288k) handle on a single race so please stop the BS mocking of NJ harness racing. As little nj as the big M is racing there will be no other better harness racing anywhere else. Class A track and operation, always has been and always will be.

I never said it was a problem. I love cheaper racing. I think its a good thing to find a home for cheaper horses and new drivers. Big M actually put on a great show last night interviewing many young drivers in the paddock between races.
Watch Justin Irvine. Very talented.

the computer bettors (caw's) don't have a problem betting the worst drivers and horses in the country.
