Ok fellas I really dnt know why you’re so concerned about ownership of the site. But Joesph Fusco of JMFRacing LLC . Hopefully that will help all concerns. List away !!! Still only Charging 2% with ZERO Listing fee till the end of February.

At least they are not hiding who is behind it like Ongait.  You have Eric Cherry and 20 other "silent" owners.

Only took her 2 months to tell us though.

Buddy of mine won a bid for 1200$ paid for it and now owners don’t want to sell him the horse said they want more money

I train at the same place that the horse is located and more money is not even close to the truth. They just wanted to be paid the $1200 in a timely basis but they kept getting the runaround. I think you need some new friends

I thought that was odd also.  Like they were hiding something.

Sorry no conspiracy . The seller for some reason refused to sell the horse to the winning bidder and has been barred. Only recourse the site has. The buyer can take it farther if he wishes.

Could they be turned into their local racing commission or the USTA for failure to honor a declaration? And be suspended until it’s honored? I would try to go that route if I were the buyer.  It’s free to give it a try.

not barred, neither of us. After the info/texts were sent you may be talking about the buyer. I would welcome either the USTA or Ohio Racing Commission contacting me

I thought you said you train at the place, now you are claiming you are the seller?  They say you are banned, you say you’re not .  Seller blames you, you blame the seller.  I’d love to know the actual story.  And you wonder why no one wants to try this new site.  😂😂😂

I am the seller 1/2 and we do train at the fairgrounds. We got a message from Harnessgait today saying and I quote...Thank you for taking the high ground" All I ever said was that the buyer never paid...1/2 yes but the other half was on hold...for how long we did not know but he wanted to pick up the horse today and we did not have the full amount. If you want to buy a horse I thought you actually had to have the money. I know he claims the money was going to be released but I much prefer we had full payment, not a promise. Not much else to the story...no ticket, no washer!!
