Crissman/Stafford @Dover

Any word on why they are not accepting entries from Tim Crissman and Art Stafford? Not to mention no Justin Brennaman either. I know they let Art race in DSOA races but that's all. Anyone else missing?

Those positives no one wants to speak of?  Yet the brown stain drives on.  What a joke!

The consensus on here is Crissman is a major juicer, then again, they think almost everybody is. Only thing I saw in the previous Fines and Suspensions for Stafford is failing the breathalyzer test on at least 2 occasions, but no mention of any suspension. He doesn't train that many horses, so I have no idea what he did.

Tim Crissman is far from a juicer. He was an also ran until Morgan came along. 90% of his success comes from Morgan. It might be Morgans veterinarian skills and pre race that has helped him get a vacation!

I personally have no knowledge of who is juicing. My main interest is in betting. Some people on here talk like they know who is, maybe they do, but I don't think it's anywhere near the % some people think. Someone had mentioned Morgan and his mother being involved in something that's tied into Crissman.  Maybe Crissman is taking the fall for Morgan and it's costing him thousands, because his starters at Chester pretty much have been also rans.

No news leads to false accusations and speculations. If DHRC released information instead of hiding everything there be no speculations on what's going on. By holding information makes one lead to opinions and hides the truth..But why? USTA said they're aware but nothing from them since. DHRC had hearings but no word from them. By hiding everything makes one to believe shady shit is going on! If it's all been dropped, then say so! Big enough story to make headlines but not be enough to report outcome! As far as the three being denied only one can speculate as the reason might have nothing to do with positives. Surprised no gives a shit in Delaware to speak out.

  • dougie: IIB, I think the mayor will sign the bill if it reaches his desk. The optics on this issue is bad for the horse carriage industry. Animal activists are adept to using the media to enlist horror and anger by the public.

  • Ignorance Is Bliss: It's now a bill with city council. Public hearings will be scheduled then the council votes on it. If passed it's sent to the Mayor to sign into law. He has already said he's in. Marte just took over, Bob Holden is the actual author of the bill who retired last year.

  • dougie: IIB, I have been reading some of the work Councilman Marte has been doing on this issue. I think he might be successful with passing the 'Ryders Law" Bill this time around. The image of the horse dead on the street has even been seen here everywhere. If the animal activists can get this on the ballot, who knows how the vote will go.
