Unbalanced Justice is another practice killing this business.
« on: December 06, 2024, 12:40:41 PM »
Why does Dean Eckley operating under a conditional license get a $1,500 fine and 15 days? What are the conditions of the license? Why does Mikey Burke get a positive test in January , waves his right to an appeal and it is not adjudicated until, December? Accepting the 15 days at a place he is not racing?
Why does Dirk Simpson, get a positive test in December 2023 and it is adjudicated in December 2024?
Yet, other less known people get a hot test in November and it is adjudicated in December?
These are just a small sampling of the discipline that is controlled by power and money. I guess justice, like anything else in this world is for sale.

Same with Per Engblom, positives are going on 2 yrs old.  Nothing as of yet.  It's a joke in all honesty.

Must be something like this in commission office:
Official: well Per, what and when ?
Per:  how about 15 days in 2, 2 1/2 years ??. Along when Yonkers is closed..
Official:   Sounds ok.

Happens everywhere.

Matt Bax gets a Class 1 positive: $4,000, no time.

Dean Nixon gets a Soda positive: $5,000, 3 month suspension.

NOTHING BUT TRUTHS
