Back in the old days, the program used to have a past performance line and an index of what all the letters and symbols stand for. That was long before they removed the rail.
This is true. I'd like to ask you. since she is a subject matter expert, shouldn't she be aware of all symbols and what then stand for? Or is that too much to ask cause they aren't in the program any more. The horse in question was awful at Yonkers athe week before but she excused it for being interfered with. I think k cause she personally knows the owners.
Someone in her position should know what the symbols stand for and if she isn't sure should ask Dave Little who is more experienced and should know. Sometimes these on-air personalities try too hard to show you how smart they are and end up looking stupid.
She should be totally impartial, and it's very unprofessional to congratulate them. Is it really her place to tell who held the winning ticket, no way Jose. The OP hit it on the head. The otten elite situation is far far far worse than anything else going on in the industry. Posters like the Grandstand guy will try to subdue it by pointing at the breeders cup scandal but make no mistake, we are seeing criminal activity with these caws every day
Not that long ago track announcers never mentioned the odds on a horse during the race. Now most of them mention the odds before, during, and after the race which is unnecessary.
It's a relatively small issue compared to her congratulating the elite turf club. after pools closed elite was able to see what uncovered combinations were out there and made calculated bets in less than 1 aecond to take down the pool. Everyone should be enraged. Its simply not a fair betting arena
You understand the issue
It's nyra and stronach. Anyone who wants to take aim, boycott sararoga, belmont aqueduct as we as gural for stealing your money
Correct...Nyra shuts them out early. Located in Curacao...Very secretive. Maybe 20 huge bettors make up the entire group. Maybe 2 harness players. Hence my envelope suspicion.
Jessica otten does not understand the program. When a horse goes inside the pylons it is "ip" noted in the program. What this does not mean is that the was interfered with as she noted when giving wagering advice. She wants to congratulate a devious CAW team with every advantage over us and steal our money, we should never bet there ever again!
