it still manipulating a sporting event. even if your trying to stay in it for the extra 25% or whatever the reason. i mean dont get me wrong its the smart move but kinda illegal.you are fixing the outcome of the race.
In order to fix a face, you need more than one driver involved because that would be considered a conspiracy. Just because you don't mind if you finish 2nd or 3rd and drive conservatively, or appear not to go all out, you really didn't fix the outcome of the race if the other drivers are all trying to win. You may have compromised your chances but not the other driver's horses.
Race 2 at Dover at Today Horse is 1-2. Doesn’t Bring the horse to the gate. Gets away 7th. After the leaders are just far enough away he then moves the horse and paces the stretch in about 26 secs to be a fast closing third making sure he doesn’t run first or second. Guy should be thrown out for obvious race fixing Good job Tyler Davis
If he has the best horse and intentionally doesn't win, it's race fixing. You are 100% wrong!
