He served in the Aparthied government.  He also voted againt the consitutional amendment to alow black people to serve in congress that passed by the white government at that time.  he was abusive to his children and wife (just like Elon). He married his stepdaughter (just like woody allen).  He owned mining operations. 

His son Elon lost millions for how they treat black workers at Tesla.  He tweeted Haitians are cannibals. He retweets Nazi propaganda.He doesn't like Nile Farage of Britan who is super far right for not supporting him in getting a further right criminal released.  He makes jokes about the Holocaust and appeared at a far right German right party meeting the day before Holocaust remembrance day.  he also likes the Nazi salute.  He is definitely Nazi sympathetic to say the least.  He censors people on twitter all the time. He cozied up to Trump partly to get the EV credits removed partly because Tesla was losing them while Hyundai built factories in the US and was about to get them.  Can you tell me what you like about him as a person?

How is it possible for anyone to believe Musk is truly against regulation?

Tesla was built, has survived and grown based upon upon government regulation. Tesla has received $11 Billion in U.S. Government  regulatory tax credits. That $7,500 tax credit for EVs was created for Musk, and nearly all of it has flowed to Tesla's bottom line.

Tesla is not a new company. It received well over $500 Million in low interest loans and finally became profitable a few years ago.

From Start of Tesla to present day, Tesla has shown, overall, a loss.

Meanwhile, in the same period of time, Musk has become the world's richest person.  Without those regulatory tax credits, this doesn't happen.

Now, Musk wants to end the $7500 tax credit (the hooked line you apparently have bit) because he wants to make it more difficult for Tesla's competitors.

Space X is the same story.

As far as Musk not being a white supremacist, I'll go with the opinion of Trump's guy Nick Fuentes. You choose to ignore that.
