Mexico agrees to deploy 10,000 troops to US border in exchange for tariff pauseTrump admin officials are working with Mexico on a wider deal.Tell us again, who raised the white flag.
Unstable, it doesn't matter what the Administration does, you've already moved on to the next fear keeping you up all night. You're not going to sleep well for the next 4 years.
It will take about two or three months to destroy the economy as all the Tariffs and the retaliation we will see will drive everything up to oblivion.I was not a fan of Biden and certainly not of Kamala but it is mind-boggling to see anyone with several brain cells not see what he is doing. He is systematically making the world hate him. This time around all the billionaires are funneling money to him and so with his narcissistic personality and his grifting and greed for money means that 25 percent of his decisions are because he is mentally ill and seeks revenge and the other 75 percent is transactional.Any decent economist will tell you that tariffs will destroy the economy. There is always a need to put a tariff on a few select items but this is 25 percent tariff on friendly countries. Trump with Mexico and Canada signed that NAFTA deal. Now he wants to stick it to them.We import 3.8 million barrels a day from Canada, more than any other country. This particular type of crude is sent through the refineries here that are set up for that from Canada.Just imagine if Canada imposes a tariff on that, as it is now the auto industry will soon have massive layoffs because of one thing. DONALD J TRUMP.Canadian crude oil is often considered different from other crude oils, particularly due to its heavier nature, with most of it coming from oil sands, and therefore refineries need to adjust their operations to process this type of heavy crude effectively; many refineries, especially in the US Midwest, are specifically designed to handle Canadian heavy oil, which requires different processing techniques compared to lighter crudes. Key points about Canadian crude:Heavy and Sour:Canadian crude, particularly the benchmark "Western Canadian Select (WCS)," is classified as heavy and sour, meaning it has a higher density and sulfur content compared to lighter, sweeter crudes found elsewhere. Refining Requirements:Processing heavy crude like Canadian oil necessitates specialized equipment and refining processes, including coking units, which are not needed for lighter crudes. Impact on Refineries:Refineries that regularly process Canadian crude need to be adapted to handle the increased processing complexity associated with heavy oil, which can affect their operational costs. Market Implications:Due to its unique characteristics, Canadian crude is often priced at a discount compared to lighter crudes, depending on market conditions and pipeline access.
Economist are looking at tariffs in a vacuum. There is more to this than just tariffs. If Trump cuts spending AND taxes, the net impact is zero. Our governments spends too much and is bloated and inefficient. We have too many people getting handouts. Just like COVID the democrats want Trump to fail. That clearly shows their true goal.
people
Sit tight and be patient m!FYI, Trump will fail because of himself and blame others!!
I am sitting back and watching Trump show the democrats how to put America and the American people first. DEI gone! Pronouns gone! Government cut in process! America is winning!
