How embarrassed should he be walking into a paddock right now? Knowing him, he’d laugh it off, but everyone else has to see him as an arrogant, ass clown now.

in my opinion getting pulled over for window tint is kinda bush league but i guess it is the law. he had nothing else to do at 2:36 am while on patrol and hit the jackpot.

if it is illegal then why is window tint allowed to be installed?

Just goes to show you how ignorant he really is. I mean you gotta be one stupid sob to be out driving at 236am. You know the cops are out thick, bars just closed there out looking for anything suspicious to pull you over to see if you been drinking. Black Cadilliac with tinted windows. He kept saying you pulled me over for tinted windows??? Yes, dumbass that was his reason to stop you for the tint. He stopped you to see if your drinking you idiot. Reason of cause. If you wasn't driving drunk, under suspension you would of made it home.

Kinda makes you wonder how many times he has been pulled over and he used the ... Google Me ... and Northfield cops just let him go. He got pulled over by the wrong police officer that night. He didn't give a fuck who you were, how many kids you have, you have Vertigo, handicapped, concussions you had. He didn't give 2 shits.

If you go back to page one of this thread and check out the link of the various traffic stop,
it describes a Black Caddie with tinted windows 'DRIVING ERRATICALLY'.
I think that's what Merriman was trying to specify 'cause I 'think' you have to
other reasons besides just the windows to detain someone. Like Jenny just
asked: 'If they're illegal, why install them or why are they available?'

Ohio 30% tint is legal. The lower you go the darker it gets. But you want 20-25% because 30% isn't dark enough. Granted you go lower than 30% you take the risk getting pulled over.
Again ....... driving recklessly, window tint, flip a booger out the window it dont matter what they tell you. It's reason of cause to stop you.

Obviously he was the car described as driving erratically and the tint was the excuse to check him out

Embarrassed? This is harness racing.  People have no morals! They can be caught dead in the act of doing something and tell you how crazy you're for accusing them.  Guys could get caught pants down around their ankles cock in a groom and have no care in the world. It's a horrible world to live in.   Corruption by all.. horsemen, officials, associations. It's just plain. An ugly world

Do the cops have a gun they can point at the car with tinted windows and it tells them if it's over or under 30% ?

Or is it subjective and they can pull you over anyway?  Even if the tint is 90% ?

So I was wrong , he 'IS' driving at The Meadows. Begs the question as to why he would be off the 1st four races?
It just gets curiouser and curiouser. I will bid you all adieu and end my speculations and opinions on this topic till the legal
process plays out. Here's hoping the judge does the right thing. tmbz1

They have a tint check in there cars. Absolutely they do. But the tint at 236am was just a excuse the cop used when he approached the car. The cop said i stopped you for tint but in the 39 min he didn't mention tint again. He answered Aaron 50x ... yes, I stopped you for tint. But that was not the real reason he stopped him.

I would say you're correct. He was only off the first 4 races
