I'm sure any lawyer will tell him to get in a program, get sober. If he has 4 dui's he's fucked, he might be able to do a stint in rehab, before trial. If he's lucky he will only be on probation for a long time. Ya can't drink on probation, they check. No more casino's, No Canada trips. He will be a convicted felon, the rest of his life. I don't care if he has a license to drive horses. Do you really think it matters to the integrity of harness racing. I'm sure you can name 10 drivers who did coke, smoked pot or were drunks. Some very popular names.
