Whats really alarming is how he drives practically 7 days a week and can be plastered like this at 230am and more than likely be driving horses in 10 hours
The Ohio State Racing Commission stopped Aaron from driving. Turn out Mark St. Louis posted the audio on social media and the commission heard him saying he's handicapped and has vertigo. So they decided that isn't the kind of person we need on the track it might be dangerous and took him off his drives. Then the Meadows said that sounds like a good idea and told him he cant race there Thursday until they get a doctor to clear him. Aaron then has went on a tyraid like the one in the audio of the DWI telling everyone he was going to sue them for not letting him race. I guess we will have to wait and see.
Have you ever heard of a “functioning alcoholic”?They make it through life until something happens like a DUI or other event.
Looks like Merriman is OFF his drives at The Meadows today.
Never seen St. Louis post anything on social media. He hardly speaks. I think you’re mistaken.
So yes, have confirmed he is off his drives at The Meadows. I find it fitting that tracks , when closed, are referred to as 'DARK'. Well in Merriman's case, this is the beginning of 'MANY' dark days ahead.Obviously dark in more ways than one. Just looking at the time between now and next Thursday'shearing, represents alot of free time for someone used to being on the go all the time. If I'm a copin the area, I'd be sure to make sure that someone is checking in on him to assure he's adhering tothe rules and restrictions of the bail. I mean he drove and was wasted on driver suspension and showed complete disdain and disrespect for the law. I would have no reason to think that he would be abstaining from alcohol or perhaps drugs as defined in such a bail release. On a bright side, maybe this willprovide him the chance to spend time with his kids. Best to do it now 'cause Daddy'd going Bye Bye
man he had a ton of live drives today too. most 6-1 or less. many were damn near favirotes.
I feel bad for the owners that had him down to drive and get stuck with AMac of all people.
Or poor Burke stuck with indoff
