so here is my thought.
the usta the racing commisions and race tracks are partly to blame for horsmans behavior. here is how i see it.
the assholes break the rules constantly. violations on the track. inside pylons, cussing, whipping violations, cheating in races,  POSITIVE TESTS HUMANS AND HORSE etc. and they are never really held accountable. they get to call the shots.  wait to serve days. a lil $50 fine here. or dont appeal and we will give you a break. thats not how the real world works.
these people are never held accountable in there occupation. this then carries over to real life.  they think they can just do whatever and get a slap on the wrist or think they are in charge  all because no one holds them accountable in their everday occupation/life as a horseman.
i kinda rambled  does that make sense?> kinda hard to explain. i know alot of you will understand what im trying to say

Just goes to show you how ignorant he really is. I mean you gotta be one stupid sob to be out driving at 236am. You know the cops are out thick, bars just closed there out looking for anything suspicious to pull you over to see if you been drinking. Black Cadilliac with tinted windows. He kept saying you pulled me over for tinted windows??? Yes, dumbass that was his reason to stop you for the tint. He stopped you to see if your drinking you idiot. Reason of cause. If you wasn't driving drunk, under suspension you would of made it home.

Kinda makes you wonder how many times he has been pulled over and he used the ... Google Me ... and Northfield cops just let him go. He got pulled over by the wrong police officer that night. He didn't give a fuck who you were, how many kids you have, you have Vertigo, handicapped, concussions you had. He didn't give 2 shits.

Sorry, had to delete and repost as didn’t post in the right place.

It was much easier in the 1960’s and 1970’s to ‘talk’ your ways out of situations with the police concerning DUI’S. If the police knew you, they would drive you home and not give you a home “JAIL”!

Drinking and driving laws were changed in the 1980’s. See MADD (Mothers Against Drunk Driving), SADD [Students Against Drunk Driving], et al. The drinking was raised to 21 circa 1985 along with this. If the states didn’t raise the drinking age to 21, the federal government would withhold federal money to the states for their roads and associated projects.

in my opinion getting pulled over for window tint is kinda bush league but i guess it is the law. he had nothing else to do at 2:36 am while on patrol and hit the jackpot.

if it is illegal then why is window tint allowed to be installed?

There are legal limits and he has limo tint which is illegal without prescription from Dr

You are definitely correct with your thoughts. He has been given special treatment at Northfield for a long time and would throw a tantrum anytime he was held accountable.

they dont live in the real world. they get away with millions of things.( some pretty bad and aweful things) or just get a slap on the wrist.  and when it comes to the real world and shit hits the fan and they cant shake out of it like they always have this is what you get.
racing commisions, tracks, usta are doing these humans a diservice by allowing what goes on daily. they created these monsters. now they have to live with what they created.

Yes, and others included in the real world are as follows:

Politicians (pick your favorite)
Ultra rich people
Celebrities
Athletes
And other so called privileged

Look at some of these ‘monsters’ in the world today because of what the world let them get away with!

Was watching the Meadows broadcast today. They cut to the paddock and when he went to get in the bike he looked back to the camera and blew a couple kisses. Quite a defiant little gesture

Arrogant is he not.
Maybe he is untouchable. Was that a ha ha look at me. Fuck you all. You can't get me. He sure did beat up those seconds and thirds.
I cant imagine he gets off the hook. Can he? He can get a trial and win?  No way? Or can he? This is atleast his second dwi. For sure. Does anyone know how many he actually has?  Is it only 2? Shame on the meadows.
They let criminals on the track race everyday. Hey why not let criminals off the track race too.

Very often true. True for every person who or organization that benefits from another's unique or special skills and or talent. The talent to make others money.
Even more so in harness racing. The problem with the state commissions are, they are under orders from the other state organizations not to bring forward a case that will require recourses to litigate. They refuse to fund such meaningless BS.
In the better days of harness racing, the investigation and prosecution of cheats and rules violation was fully funded for inhouse prosecution. Anything above that level was taken seriously and prosecuted by the state because there was a significant tax flow to protect.
Today, the take out does not cover the proper policing needed and the state would rather see the industry implode , rather than defend it.

I think 4 will be the wake up call. He will go get help to try save his ass, also looks good for the courts. My guess 6 months or less he will be born again Christian  73cv.2

It's amazing what alcohol will cause a person to do. There is no way Aaron  says the crap he said to the cop when he's sober. That was some brutal stuff. He called him ugly, which is pretty juvenile,  but he also accused him of being a child molester ffs. I can't imagine what was going through his mind when he finally sobered up. Thank God and baby Jesus he didn't hurt or kill someone

If I was his attorney he would have been in rehab the next day along with issuing heart felt apologies to everyone involved. Show the court you're willing to get help.  And actually follow through on it. Take 6 months off and work on the problem. It can be done.

have you ever talked to aaron?  he is like a kid.  you are right he would not of said that stuff sober. pretty sure he is still in denial phase. he better snap out of that real quick.
how much time will he do? im sure he wont go to prison prison but a municipal jail or something like that.   30 days?  60 days? there has to be some kind of mandatory sentence for his forth offense.  i dont know for sure though.

someone will for sure make him their bitch if he has to go. maybe he can tell bubba getting pussy is his full time job.
