probably still get off with a slap on the wrist.

Not if it's a multiple offense situation. Prosecutors and Judges do not have the latitude they used on multiple offenses. Sentencing guidelines have far less leniency than they used to. Same with lesser offense pleas.

Very true. Habitual offenders they deserve no leniency.

Where does it show he is a habitual offender? Or at least has another dui arrest? Or rumor?

Very valid point. I've been careful to say 'IF' it is his fourth offense, because no one can seem to verify that.
The one thing I 'CAN' verify is on the video the officers spoke of 60+ 'OFFENCES' showing up their license check.

60?!?!? If is possible to have any 60 offenses and still have a license? LOL. Even 60 parking tickets? LOL. I guess if the person paid all of them, but 60?

Ask Mike, he'll investigate and tell you not only what he finds, but how he is involved as well. LOL.

This looks a bit outdated, but might be still current:

I thought the video showed he already had a suspended license?

Is that where your license gets suspended because you accumulated 12 points? He might, and I say might, be able to get out of that one. Might be a longshot, but I've seen people successfully argue that charge. In this case, because of the big picture. I am not sure it will matter and the charge will stick. He's got a very tough fight ahead of him here...especially with a PD if that's the road he goes down.

The charges from the police is the least of this man's worries. Getting control of his addictions and his life is the real challenge.

Your NOT beating driving on a 12 point suspension. You have received letters in the mail and you been notified your license is suspended. The only way you don't know your license is not suspended is you don't open your mail. This dumbass makes 500k a year I would hope he owns his house so he gets his mail. This is a misdemeanor charge, automatic jail time. Who you know, how much money you have or who defends him is NOT beating that charge. So no I don't believe you know a soul that beat that charge ever.

Good for you!!! I guess you're a take out of context guy. Thanks, a lot! Seriously. Now I'll know to ignore you. BTW, food for thought, but don't hurt yourself...500k a year, and you hope he owns his home, and he gets his mail...good job!!! And he got a PD? Hmmmm. You might want to look into this! LOL.

His license have been suspended, why do you think he had a driver to the Meadows. If l was working on my 4th DUI, l don't think l would be driving around in my black Cadillac with tinted windows with no license. I guess he thinks he is above the law. He needs an attitude adjustment and in house treatment. I hope the judge sees that and gives him the help he needs.

Enough cause found to move to higher court. No date set that I've seen come up as of yesterday.
