I have a handicapping tip.  It's an angle I use in TB also.  Look at scratches.  Jockey/driver who is scratched..bet this person in race before or race after.  Like today ..1st race Beckwith was scratched from first...wins second.  They are making deals at the tracks with each other.   It works for me 98% of the time!
