Tony did win a Woodrow Wilson at The Meadowlands.

Yes he did in 2006 with Fox Valley Barzgar, trained by Tom Harmer, not familiar with the horse and never would have guessed that in a million years. Whether he belongs in the Hall of Fame or not is open for debate, because most of his wins are on overnight horses. If he was going to nominated it would have happened already.

Devaux playing some hard ball with the Kid today.  I think he's left him out to dry three or four times today.  Devaux went on to win two of them.   That's the old Jimmy for ya!

Watch Walter Case Jr. make mincemeat out of Brett (flash in the pan) Beckwith today at Plainridge. Get there early for one of the 50 seats they have there to watch the races.

Case can't make mincemeat out of anybody these days.

Knowing Case, he will try to fit in and prove to trainers and owners that he can drive at the Ridge with far, far better horses and drivers than he is used to in Maine. It will probably take him at least a couple of weeks to get used to the horses and the track.

BB gets himself parked a lot lately at both Stga and Meadowlands. The 10th at Stga yesterday with Schnittkers horse was really bad - no way he should have driven that young horse that way. If Schnittker lets him drive his horses again I will be surprised. He is getting way too cocky especially with non Beckwith trained horses.

Absolutely getting way to cocky and starting to drive like an ass!  He's turning into a one dimensional guy.  Three races yesterday he drove by mile long holes. He's a good young driver but he isn't good enough to start driving like an ass.

When people are telling you how great you are and comparing you to Hall of Famers, you start reading the press clippings and it goes to your head.

This clown is just another corrupt POS.  Nice tank job in the 1st at Plainridge.   Can't stand this prick and yet you all think he's top notch.  You're all wrong

Outside of the regular meadowlands crew, who is better than BB?

You are allowed to list any other drivers at any other track.

As I stated earlier in this never-ending  thread, 5 or 6 of the top drivers from Ohio are all better. Merriman, Ronnie Wrenn Jr, Chris Page, Brett Miller, soon to be David Miller, and Dan Noble. I'd take Trace Tetrick over Beckwith. Not to mention from Canada Macdonald, Roy, Mcnair, Jamison, Borth all better.  Dave Palone from Pennsylvania, and pretty much the entire driving colony at Yonkers.. Brennan, Stratton Bartlett ,Kakaley Holland, Yannick, Zeron etc...Is he a decent up and coming driver.. sure but he drives against mostly stiffs and regularly drives his families juiced up horses. Is that a long enough list? I could probably name a few more.

ngc3 ngc3 ngc3 ngc3. Bitter since you and I reside in the same part of the country, I'm sure you remember when David Miller was an up and comer and getting started at Scioto. You could see the improvements in his driving week to week and then year to year until he was completely dominant, and not driving odds on favorites every start. That was against a fairly decent driving colony at Scioto back then. Beckwith does not remind me of that at all. Like I said he could end up a very good driver, but enough with the hype. It's nauseating

In fairness to him, with all the hype, he is being over-bet in many instances.
Was just watching some today to check out Case, who did win one of those races
that Beckwith was fave. Don't play 'ANY' track he drives at but if today is any kind
of example, it seems like there is money to be made betting against him. tmbz1
