The lowest for any sitting President this soon in a Presidency. Biden low was 36 percent at end of his Presidency when it was obvious having serious cognitive issues an awful debate.  But, Trump is a stable genius dropping like a rock.  Too bad he is also an incompetent autocratic sociopath grifter.
