I honestly don't remember Bob pursuing the lawsuit that far and heard the reason Brett left was on the orders of David Brooks long after Bob.  I heard David paid Brett to leave the country over the pump n dump and horse business of DHB.

Ok so who told them to go away? I’m curious who you think has enough power in the industry to convince people to go away
NJRC in MB case. Gural in JT case.

Not speaking to the conspiracy theories on Brett leaving the US, but, as far as Brooks-----and all of this is public information-----when Brooks was on trial, Brett was not only interviewed while he was in Australia, but he came back to the US to testify. I don't know if he was subpoenaed. His testimony certainly did not help Brooks at all because many of the charges against Brooks were for fraud, embezzlement, theft, using corporate monies to pay for his personal and very extravagant lifestyle, etc. Brett testified on how and from where he was paid by Brooks.

I thought so.

Again, nothing about the conspiracy theories, owing people money, etc. Rumor and innuendo. But, Bob Glazer was a monster owner. Everyone knew him, talked to him, etc. So, all of this too is public information. His involvement, interest, and I would suspect, his passion, were impacted by a few things. One, he went from a major buyer of yearlings, and playing the game at the highest level, to being a very big breeder. He shifted from buyer to breeder, and he bred to race initially. His business and business model changed. He talked about this a lot in interviews he gave.

Two, yes his mother died. She lived near me back then and I used to see them outside the track often. As everyone knows, they were very close and together shared a real passion for the sport and business. They spent a lot of time together, traveled, etc. When she died, Bob lost that one person who he was able to share that with. Lastly, from comments he made, he seemed to be very disappointed, even angry, at the industry in general-----due to the incident at the Meadows when The Panderosa tested positive for morphine. I don't remember the specifics, but I think there were 8 other trainers got morphine positives, and Glazer's horse was either the lowest or second lowest amount. I don't remember if everyone had to forfeit the purse or not, but the other 8 trainers got no penalty, minimal fine, time served credit kind of thing, based upon the circumstances and likelihood of contamination, and Pelling got something like 9 months.

Yes this I do remember and this is very factual.  The big question is where is Bob now and is he OK?

Are you telling us that a trainer had to race and carry The Peter Pan Stable for 90 days before he got paid the first penny?
I am just an old horse trainer still going around in circles. Sometimes Fast. Sometimes Half-Fast.

I remember when The Pandersoa was 3, he was pretty lame at the end of the year, Bob wanted to race him in the Breeders Crown but Pelling wouldn’t , said he wasn’t sound enough.  Bob took the horse and gave him to Joe Stutzman, he managed to get into the final by finishing 3rd in his elim but  was terrible in the final, dog lame. That was his last start.

Yes Bob was one of those guys and usually he didn’t just move one to a new trainer when he decided to try a new trainer it was the whole barn

I know the lawyer who spoke to ALL HIS CREDITORS. The world is  full broken former Millionaires. As far the Pandarosa goes he was a good sire who stood at Hanover I'm confident Bob made money,he just didn't pay

That is on him for not doing his due diligence. He was a POS owner that was slow pay and would move the whole stable if one raced bad. And always was looking for the next super trainer didn’t give 2 shots how many positives they had. Good riddance hopefully the rest of the POS owners follow and we can get back to a fun sport
